I am changing it to a 4 star review after the owner took the time to correct it. I sent a Facebook message to cold stone's main page. They replied with the location owner's email address and forwarded my complaint. The owner responded offering to reimburse me for the purchase AND accept my gift certificate next time. I turned down the refund, but was so grateful she confirmed I can use the certificate and promised she would train staff better for that. she then offered to send me a coupon in the mail which was above and beyond correcting the issue I had. Top notch customer service.March 15, 2017
